KLER Residence

Odyssey conceptualised the stone carvings and facade for this private residence in Chandigarh, India, in collaboration with the architect Adiljit Singh Kahlon of Kahlon Infra LLP. The house is designed in colonial architecture style with the windows peeping through the straight aligned columns. The client wished for a lavish design for which the architect chose white sandstone for columns and captivating designs for balconies and window sills.

The doors and windows have an attractive circular wooden transom creating a rustic effect. The Gwalior white stone used for the facade suits the wooden framing and the steel railing. These are contrasted by the teal-colored sloping roof complementing the natural stone of the residence.
